As the creator of the 5-step S.T.O.R.Y. System, a multiple-trauma survivor, and an advocate of safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed leadership, Elayna Fernández speaks on global stages, weaving her inspiring stories and teaching storytelling principles, to help parents, leaders, and entrepreneurs turn their stories into sustainable income, influence, and impact.

For almost two decades, she has served as an advisor and Story Strategist to leading brands and renowned transformational leaders and has been sponsored by over 500 brands. Her coaching style focuses on helping people feel seen, safe, and supported.

Born and raised in a slum in the Dominican Republic, Elayna has been named one of the Top Latina Influencers in the USA and was recently selected as a Woman of Influence and one of the 125 Most Impactful Leaders to Know Worldwide by SUCCESS Magazine.
